At TREMONTI, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple.

• Returns: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and items damaged due to misuse.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: Only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us with your order number and a photo.

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
