Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. -
Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping available on qualifying orders.

Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will take longer to ship. Estimated delivery times will be stated on the product page. Please note that placing a pre-order means your order will only ship once the product is in stock. -
Delivery Area
We currently ship only within Norway. -
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. -
Delays & Missing Deliveries
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at service@tremonti.no. TREMONTI is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by Posten or for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. -
Damages During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. -
